Throughout today, 31st March, 2011, Liberty Reserve website was down from the morning till night. This caused every users to be panic and afraid. However, it was gathered from a reliable source that Liberty Reserve is experiencing technical difficulties and will return as soon as their hosting provider's backup routing equipment is powered and reconfigured.
